Better Luck Next Time

I just have to say. The album cover alone peaked my interest. Could there possibly be an image more iconic for the emo boys of the world? I think not.

Check them out.
They found me on myspace, so you may be able to spot them there.

Dangerous Muse

I've been listening to this sexy dancey stuff out of NYC from a band called Dangerous Muse.
I stumbled across them one day on purevolume and have fallen in love with the sound. Its a fantastic and sultry version of simple dance.

I've gotten copies of 3 of their songs so far. Very reminiscient of the club scene. I'll be honest club music is not normally my style but this has an obvious appeal for anyone.

Check out "The Rejection"!

Thanks

Post Mutemath concert

Photobucket - Video and Image Hosting
So...after an odd little trot around Seattle, I made my way into the Mutemath show.

Jonezetta and Shiny Toy Guns opened.

Both did an excellent job. I was very pleased. Usually with multiple openers, 1 sucks and the other doesnt. Suprisingly, neither sucked. I was very pleased.

Emo girl from the STG....Your gorgeous! And boy singer from STG...so are you.

Back up vocalist from Jonezetta...Nice work!

Here are some pictures..photo op'ed from the show via phone cam: Hence the low quality.

Mutemath of course was excellent! Third time around for me and by no means dissapointed. The set was good, though the set list seemed short. Small venue, props to the Showbox for a good setting. Hearing the song "Noticed" was not as good as last time but that could be me.

Overall...well work the ticket cost!!!

Again..Highly reccomend anyone who stumbles across them to check out one of their shows.

Mutemath Promo Video

I'll be seeing these guys for the 3rd time. I have to thanks DHM for intro'ing me to the band.

If I remember correctly it was his ring tone for a while.

I'll be there. Got a spare ticket..*ponders*...not sure what to do with that.

Hope its another great show!
